It was established in March 2019 and was a Sino-foreign joint venture until November 2023. The parent company is Malaysian CTS Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (CTS DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD). The registered capital is RMB 50 million; for better development of the company, it will be changed to a domestic-owned enterprise after November 2023.
